Velvet Crown Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any cosmetic products. Once an item has been opened or used, it cannot be resold or reused, even if unused or minimally tested.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, shades, and ingredients before making a purchase.
